I'm looking for definitions and detail on methods in conflict

Your best bet for the resources you have described can be found at the
Conflict Research Consortium in Colorado. They have links to case
studies, methods, definitions, and FAQs, and all sorts of other

"Negotiations and Resolving Conflicts" at Northeastern University.
