There is no evidence that Saudi's leaders support terrorism If anything they have more to lose than the USA from 'fundamentalism' |

Interesting I know it sounds odd, but funding schools and mosques does not necessarily mean that you agree with what they are teaching and preaching. My impression is that the Saudi nomenclatura went along with the religious schools as the line of least resistance. Since those schools seem to give a pretty strange 'education' it is not surprising that they churn out unemployed (and unemployable) alumni - creating yet another problem for Saudi. |
