More useful links for scriptwriting (mostly film)
http://www.bfi.org.uk/gateway/categories/scriptsscriptwriting/writing/

In particular the BBC Writer's Room has Script Smart software:
"The Script Smart tool, created by Matthew Carless from the BBC's
writersroom, is a set of Microsoft Word templates for writers to
format their scripts using industry-recognised layouts.
From its early beginnings in 1997, Script Smart has evolved from a
basic film-formatting template to a more advanced multi-layout tool
suitable for a variety of Word versions and computer platforms."
