What Canadian stocks on the TSX exchange consistantly show the most
reliable, consistant and accurate Elliott wave behavior and
tendancies, i.e The Elliott wave principle would work great to analyse
these stocks?

Can't find specific stocks that meet your criteria. Here's a link,
it's free to join the club, there are certain paid subscriptions,
though. Hope this will help you, that' a very tough question.
