I am looking for the training catalogs of corporate universities in
the construction industry. Larger companies have in-house training
programs that help employees acclimate to the business enivorment they
are in. Sort of like GE's Welch Leadership Institute.

I have seen one from a company called Hitt Contracting that was based
on the internet in PDF form. This is a great example of what I am
looking for in my answer. I am looking for the complete catalogs and
perhaps methodology of administration of such universities for
informational purposes.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

I would recommend getting a UBC "Uniform Building Code" book. The
answers to all Buildings and there development are there. Take the
test and become a General Contractor, then you have it made.

Hey thanks. I am not sure daju understood the question, but I am glad
you left some comment. I hope the question is worded correctly. I am
not looking for training for myself. That's done. I am looking for a
model of a "Corporate" University. (For example, a large bakery
wanting to desiminate their processes might form "Sweet Rolls
University" to teach their employees to understand how to be better at
their job.)
