I am using Thunderbird as my e-mail client.  I am trying to change the
default reply-header for Thunderbird to something else.  I understand
I have to make changes to my user.js file which I have created.  I am
unsure of how to write the new code to change the header.  I would
like the following reply-header:

From: FirstName LastName [mailto:FirstName@LastName.com]
Sent: Friday, February 04, 2005 10:00 AM
To: Me
Subject: Whatever

The answer should allow me to copy the code into the file, click save,
and have the new reply-header active.  Thanks.
