If you have an emulated version of the game, there are programs to rip
the sound out of those.

You might be interested to know that the arcade version says "Oh, my
god!" instead of "Oh, my car!". Nintendo was pretty big into what they
thought of as "quality control" that most others saw as censorship,
but this seemed like an odd change to require.
