Discuss, with research references and with an reflective account of
effective learning with a focus on similarities between learners. The
emphasis should be on the importance of effective learning and
similarities between learners rather than differences between learners
and teaching strategies associated with specific classroom management.
Consider, with a focus on the similarities between leaners:
* the purpose(s) of learning and education in contemporary society
* what consitutes good/effective learning?
* when do pupils learn best/most effectively?
* reasearch and principles associated with effective learning
* different perspectives on effective learning
* different pressures potentially affecting learning
The response should be in the form of 'referenced reflection'- i.e.,
that you reference your thoughts based on your experience reading
educational texts and or teaching in school.
