Need your comment of how i can get videotapes of proteins moving around in cells. Showing me what proteins needs to be purifyed on videotapes. In general, just protiens on videotapes. This can include proteins on manual or magazines. Just proteins on videotapes. This can also include proteins being purifyed. Please Answer. Ted. |

Take a second to think about scale. Unless you tag the proteins with a flourescent marker and watch that move around a cell, your not going to see much. Techniques such as X ray diffraction, electron microscropy, and NMR will give you detail about structure of protein, but not moving pictures of protein in cells. I'm not sure what you mean by "what proteins needs to be purifyed". I've followed your many questions over the last while, and must say, while I certainly respect your determination, you'd be much better off trying to learn this in a lab after having taking GenChem, organic and biochemistry. Science is as much an art as it is emperical and a lot of the stuff that you will need to know to purify protein isn't going to come across well via the internet. Good Luck, Pforcelli |
