I'm looking for the most cost effective and reliable source for turn
key direct mail.  I simply want to provide a design for the direct
mail and a list of addresses and have the company produce the
collateral print the addresses on the cards and presort and mail the
materials.  I will be running batches of 1,000 to 20,000 and would
like a flexible pricing model.  Please provide a list of 3 qualified
companies that do this type of work and what they charge
