Please take a look at the following sites and let me know if these
will suffice as an answer.

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight maintains a House
Price Index for the Metropolitan Statistical Areas of the United
States.

The definitions of the Metropolitan Statistical Areas are located at
http://www.census.gov/population/estimates/metro-city/03msa.txt. Some
of your requests are themselves Metropolitan Statistical areas, while
others are bundled into a Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The web site to find the data for a particular Metropolitan
Statistical Area is at http://www.ofheo.gov/HPIMSA.asp.

Finding more granular data is unlikely, so please let me know if this
is a sufficient level of detail for you.

Sincerely,

Wonko

Regarding Santa Cruz, CA, I recently had my home appraised, and the
average home price in Santa Cruz County has increased 37.5% from
November 2001 to December 2004! Considering the ridiculous housing
prices in this area, I would venture to guess that over a ten year
period, that percentage is probably more than 100%...
