How about "lynxes' links"?

This is my son's 6th grade english homework. It is titled "Plural and
Possessive Nouns." The work is to take the riddle and make a rhyme
out of it. Example: paw coverings for little cats = kitten's mittens,
or the vegetables of a talking bird = parrot's carrots. There are 15
and this is the only one we can not get - "the concerns of a large
animal." The answer will be 2 words, both nouns, one plural and one
possessive. I hope that is better clarification.

OK, how about "bears' cares"?

Wait a second. In your question you said "the concerns of large
animals." In your clarification response you said "the concerns of a
large animal."

If the latter is correct, I suggest "lynx's links" or "bear's cares."

Not an exact rhyme, but close: "elephant's relevance"

We agree with Bear's Cares and yes I did mis-quote the first time, it
is "the concerns of a large animal." Sorry, it is late. Thank you
very much.

I'm pleased that "bear's cares" meets your needs.

I am glad to have been able to help. This was fun. It was certainly
quite different from the usual research project!

Best regards,

Hippo's Zippos
Whale's tales
Rhino's winos (?)
Samson's damsons
Cyclop's bi-clops (amazing what one can find ...)
Horse's courses
Belushi's Sushis (large animal with recipes)
Orca's Lorcas (aquatic collector of Spanish authors tomes)
Giraffe's gaffes
Arnie's barnies (Californian disputes)

This is quite fun.
