Our office needs an MS Exchange 2000 server (for Public folders, and
all the groupware stuff)

I have decided that our office will go with an outsourced exchange
server, rather then buy one and keep it in-house. We looked at other
alternatives, but we use our Outlook so much (with Palm OS and
blackberry – which both sync to Outlook) that Exchange looks like the
best option.

We are also going to give accounts to certain teams at certain key
clients as a benefit of working with us. That way they can share
Tasks and Calendars with us, as well as within their team.

I have found 2 excellent ASPs that offer Exchange 2000 hosting and I
want to go with one of them.

ASP-One

Intermedia
http://www.intermedia.net

As well as 2 web pages that list others:

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

PROBLEM:

On their OWA (Outlook Web Access) web sites, all the branding (logo,
help files, etc) is for the ASP. I want an unbranded OWA site, so
that the key client teams we give accounts to won’t see that the
service is outsourced. It would be even better if we could put our
logo on the site, but that isn’t 100% necessary.

I found this host, UtopiaSystems, that supports OWA:
http://www.utopiasystems.com/pro_tour.html

From what I see here on their OWA tour, it appears to be unbranded,
but I'm not quite sure:

You can request a free ten day trial with a valid contact phone
number.

Also, ExchangeHostingService.com has the same service available. I
emailed them for the demo account, and I'll let you know when I hear
back from them:

Sherpaj:

FWHM offers OWA hosting, and from their FAQ:

"Can I have access to the Exchange server so that I can make changes as needed?
Yes."

Hope this helps!

Hi. I'm enquiring as to whether your Outlook Web Access interface is
branded or not? If it is branded, do I have the option of replacing
the
brand with my company's brand for my clients to see? If so, how much
would this cost?

-------------------

You can find out more about their service here:
http://www.innerhost.com/Default.asp?main=exchangeoverview.asp

You can also talk to a live sales representative on their website.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

My company gets outsources our Exchange server to
http://www.123Together.com - they don't have any of their own
branding. We even use our own domain/URL; i.e.,
http://mail.OurDomain.com . Great service - never been down in the
last 1.5 years.

Check them out - I give them 5 stars, especially their customer support.
