I am planning to establish a commercial venture, specifically that of
an indoor kids play center, in Maryland (in or near Howard
County/Baltimore County/Baltimore/Anne Arundel County/Montgomery
County) which will have a capacity for up to 300 children (ages 2-12)
at a one time playing and perhaps up to 700 people total (parents etc)
in the facility at peak times. The facility will have equipment
similar to that shown in the following link:
http://www.playtec.co.uk/frames_indoor.shtml

To get moving quickly I need help getting to specific information and
have a number of questions - this email will deal with one of those:

What are the building zoning requirements, facility, safety and
regulatory requirements for such a venture?
