What are the disclosure and lemon laws for used cars in North
Carolina? I bought a used car a little over a year ago and have had it
it the shop seven times for the same problem and now I find out it has
more problems! I recently learned that the car was 1st a rental, then
sold at auction and then the car dealership acquired it. It was then
sold to me. If I had known all this before I never would have bought
the car. The dealership never gave me this information. When I asked
them why they said theu did not have to. Now they don't want to help
me out. I don't want this lemon back and I sure don't trust them to
buy another used car. I told them I would buy a new one if they paid
my
old one off and could put me in a new one that is comparable to my old
one and keep the payments in line with what I was paying. They don't
want to do that either. Now I have no car and things are getting
tough. What can I do?
