Are there any sources or sites that illustrate examples of brilliant
customer service? - Do awards exist for great customer service? I am
looking for business to business as well as business to consumer

Hi,

I am not sure if there is a site teaching c.s. but there are awards in
Singapore(SEA) that goes to good c.s. staff.
