You can't "move" an llc from one state to another. You can either 1)
shut down and reorganize in FL, or 2) (suggested) simply file as a
foriegn llc in Florida. You will find the forms and fees on the
Florida "sunshine" website. Look for "registration of foriegn LLC"
form. It is about 100 bucks. Going this route means your original
llc never changes or goes away, it simply registers to legally do
business in FL. The disadvantage is that you will still have to file
annual reports in your original state as well as in FL but that is
better than the alternative.
