Is there a way to Identify cigaretts by the filter end? If so I need
to know what a Marlboro regular cigarette looks like.

The filter of a marlboro red is rather golden with a with Camouflage
look to it. They should have the word Marlboro. You may find this

I would just buy a pack of Marlboro red and compare the two. You would
see for certain if they are the same kind of butt.
