I am looking for a list of mortgage lenders who sell the repossesed
homes they get themselves without listing them with realtors. I am
particularly interested in Florida homes and Florida manufactured
homes. Those lenders who seek to sell the homes quickly for cash and
wholesale would be of particular importance. I would also like a list
of real estate auction companies for
florida homes and am particularly interested in manufactured homes.
here too.
I would want the REO officers name and contact information,
information on when and where they sell their homes etc.

Go to the bank and meet the bank manager. Tell him you pay finders
fees for real estate. BUT there is a catch. You don't want to deal
with realtors. If i gurantee to make an offer on EVERY house you send.
Will that be a match with you? You may say this will never work. I've
had a 50 percent success rate. 20 banks. I do about 40 rehabs a year.
