what will happen to him (in general) as he changed his name in us and
Ins found it. Although, he got married to a us citizen but, when he
went for an interview he was arrested and told that he had used
another name in the past. Which is illegal.

So my question is that what do they do (indian ins/govt. ) to the
person who has changed his name here in us and has been deported. Do
they put him in the jail when he reaches in india or what ??? ps.
