Where can I find a free book on Cerebral Palsy.
I have read a lot online but I need a comprehensive resource that I
can hold in my hand. Is there some book that I can get free perhaps
from a Government agency?

The National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities
publishes several CP books, pamphlets, and fact sheets, most of which
are free of charge.  You can either order them or download a PDF
version of them online:

by Elaine Geralis for free.

Do you know if it is a good book?

Their price is a little lower than on the web site you note.  It
received 5/5 stars from 7 reviewers on Amazon.  You can also look
inside the book and see if it would be helpful to you.

Sorry about that - I saw that the *suggested* price was $18.   Amazon
does let you look through portions of the book, which you may find
helpful.
