am upping the ante.  I was able to find the strip for the day before
and the day after the one I want by poking around the Diário de
Notícias site.  However, the one I want was not to be found, nor could
I locate another Portuguese newspaper that carries Dilbert.  I did a
cursory glance of Brazilian papers with no luck (and the translation
may differ slightly; I prefer the European Portuguese, but will settle
for Brazilian).  Note that the strip I want is with Tina's new gay
supervisor, Nelson.  (Both are minor characters.  Nelson has shown up
again only on the following day, without name or orientation
mentioned.)
