I am looking for a video card that has VGA or DVI output and also
S-Video or another format output that will output to a TV.  The Card
needs the ability to select a portion of the screen and output just
that portion to the TV.  This setting also needs the ability to be
saved so that when the computer is rebooted it will automatically
start sending the zoomed output to the TV.
