I live in Wiesbaden, Germany and I need some good medical advice. I have been having trouble with a heart problem. It justs starts beating twice as fast than normal and when we go to the hospital they perform the same procedure everytime. It slows down to normal speed with the medicine they inject, but the amount must be measured carefully with a heart monitor so that they don't inject too much and slow the heart down BELOW normal. Nothing gets better with the medicine they perscribed (which is a 47.5 mg Beta-Blocker called Beloc-Zok and taken everyday, half (23.75 mg)in the morning and at night). They seem to have no experience with heart problems and I need to know who does! This problem is not getting any better with this medicine or with these doctors. Who and Where are the best heart doctors and specialists in Germany or for that matter... the world? |

Just a note: I know of a very famous individual who had a heart issue that he needed to take medication for -- until he started exercising. His heart would double-beat / "turn over" in his chest. After changing his diet and exercising regularly, everything returned to normal. Do you exercies 30 minutes a day at 75% your normal heart rate? If not, your heart can do crazy things. Exercise is truly a life and death matter. Almost 1 in 2 americans will get some form of cancer. But only 14% of those who exercise get cancer. Of course, check with a doctor before starting a plan. Also, cut down on foods that sludge up your blood -- like dairy and meat. Your heart has to work more to circulate this stuff through your body. I would at least eliminate any dietary or lifestyle causes before going the medication or surgery route. |
