As someone who would spare no effort in locating a manufacturer for a
favorite item or brand, I can certainly relate to your quest.
The company, Graff Californiawear, is located in Los Angeles. I found
them listed in a couple of directories including the Chamber of
Commerce. I also called the number to verify they're still alive and
well. There was a phone option for "customer service" where they will
no doubt be able to point you to the retail merchant closest to you.

I did find one website for a store advertising that they carry the
Graff brand. I called and they said right now all they had were a few
clearance items. I asked if they were dropping the line, or if the
company was going out of business and she responded that no, it was
just a seasonal clearance.
