I am looking for a site where you can find tech employees to work full
time remotely.

I'm familiar with sites where you can post projects and have people
bid on them such as Rentacoder, elance and guru.com.

I'm also familiar with sites such as monster.com and craigslist.com
where you can post a job and people will submit a resume for an on
site position.

scriptlance.com has a section for full time jobs and we've tried it
and  response has been underwhelming, but it's an example of the kind
of solution we're looking for.

In your answer please indicate a measure of popularity of the
different sites and any specific orientation that they might have.
