I wonder if you think of Satanic messages hidden in anime Dragonball
because of the nature of the characters. Anime does tend to have
characters with horns or other designs and features on clothing and
body parts that resemble the popular 'horned' picture of the Devil
(Note that there is a popular manga/anime called 'Devilman'). However,
I doubt such a connection because Japan, having a different culture,
may consider such types of characters as heroic. Perhaps you could
apply this observation to most anime and other products of Japan, as
horns or hornlike insignia seem to symbolize greatness or power for
them.

Or perhaps you have heard of such a story about Dragonball, and you
want to confirm the reports?

There is no such message that exsist in the dragonball series. The
charecters may seem over powering and maybe even outlandish to you.
But these are common anime styles.

Anime, as are video games use as some basis characters from
Japaneses/Asian Mythology.
