Like flasher that flashes... Is there a name or term that gives
defination of people that makes obscene or nonsense phone calls?
Something that an average American will undersatnd?

In the United States we call this type of call a "Prank Call."

I omitted to explain that these people are called Pranksters, or Prank
Callers.  Sheesh, that WAS the question...  I was distracted by the

.exactly the same termis used in Australi, i.e prank cals, prank
caller. The silver One could have told you that also.
