I don't know your preferences, but your mention of Relais & Chateaux
led me to believe you are looking more in the luxury spa type of
hotel, not quite in the city. I've included information on the three
Relais & Chateaux member hotels in the area, though they are in the
surrounding area rather than in Vancouver itself. Here's a
