I am a real estate appraiser and contractor.  I would like to learn
about the 'self directed, real estate IRA'.  I understand that I will
need an administrator to hold the funds in a trust account.  Who are
the top 10 trust banks/companies that administer these instruments and
what 5 books would give the best advice?
