Are you looking for a company that creates designs (patterns,
graphics, etc.) for socks? (I'm not sure if 'disigne' is a term I'm
not familiar with, or simply a typo.)

If you're looking for a company that can imprint a custom design onto
socks, then try Promotional Products and Ideas. They offer a wide
variety of socks that can be imprinted with your own design. You must
provide your own design, though; they cannot provide a designer.  They
request that the design you provide is an Adobe Illustrator file,
although they will accept other formats as long as the image is
simple. For a custom design, you must purchase a minimum of 36 socks,
