The Slavic surname Pruzansky is common but I think you either have
misspelled it or totally have his name wrong. I can find no Russians
who deal in the science of friction, wear, and lubricants with a name
like Pruzansky. Dr. Ian Hutching is the editor and chief at "Wear"
journal by Elsevier.com since 1998. You will need $7,000 USD per year
for a subscription!. I can't find any databases that has archives.
Therefore why don't you state more information or at least ask the
Tribology question you think Leonid's publications may have imparted
to you?
