Content is the next big Internet buzzword. In recent years, there has
been much focus on the technical side of ICT, and for good reason;
after all, without the infrastructure and logistics, nothing happens!
That said, often organisations can tend to throw money at technical
solutions to organisational problems, without first addressing the
underlying issues.

Casting an eye around to much of the content on government and
business websites out there tells us that more needs to be done to
address the issue of creating quality, targeted information that
connects with users, facilitates service delivery and just plain makes
sense.

Increasingly more and more consultants are focussing on dveloping
better content and managaing websites with a more targetted, focussed
appraoch.

One such Australian (Canberra-based) consultancy is Untangled Web Management.

They help government agencies and corporate organisations improve
their content creation, content management and overall website
management through training their web authors, improving their
internal procedures, and performing expert reviews on how to untangle
their website and bring back the focus.

website management, see www.untangled.com.au
