rupees, thus RS. 90,000 crore (ninety thousands) would correspond to
900,000,000,000 (nine hundred billion) rupees.  At the current rate of
0.0205276 dollar for each rupee, the exchange would become
$18,474,802,422.25 ($18.5 billion)
If you have $18.5 billion, you can buy virtually anything in the US. 
Google is worth less than $2 billion.  Bill Gates has about $54
billion.
