As a clarification, Norton Antivirus found the following files that it
says are harmful, but for some reason it can't remove them:

tmp14.tmp

Since you probably want an answer ASAP, I'll give you the quick info
so you have somewhere to start. Here are some things you can try...

First, try rebooting your computer in safe mode (sometimes your virus
program can't delete the virus files because they are in use) and
running your antivirus program again.

You can also try using a different anti-virus program. AVG has a free version:
http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php

Try spyware removers (not the same as virus removers). There are two
main free anti "spyware" programs, "Ad Aware" and "Spybot Search and
Destroy":
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

In addition, Microsoft now has a free program for getting rid of
adware/spyware/whatever:
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

You should probably post the location of the files you mentioned
because some files might be harmless/normal in one folder but
suspicious in others.

try to make an on-line scan for viruses and spyware's.
p.s:install another browser .. mozilla firefox(the 1.0 version is more
stable) is the best browser from my point of view!
