I live in Canada and I own a timeshare week at a 5-star Divi resort in Barbados.

I'm looking for the best way to sell it. 

One possibility would be to deal with a timeshare broker, and so I'd
like a list of brokers who:
1) have a reputation for integrety
2) have a track record of success in this location
3) will take their commission out of the proceeds and do not require
any money from me up front.

A complication is that the deed is co-owned by my wife and myself as
joint tenants, and my wife is since deceased.  What additional steps
are required?

Is this the best way to sell it or are there other options?  eBay?
sell back to Divi?

Is there a seasonality to the price swings for timeshares in Barbados?
 Is one time of the year any better than another time to be a seller?
