After digging on your subject, I found lots of manufacturers, which
produce moving blankets OR tape dispensers OR 4 wheel dolly trucks etc
but not all of them. The manufactures that I found mainly belong to
Logistics & transportation industry, they produce lots of
transportation related products but not products designed only for
moving companies. Let me know if you are interested to a list of
manufactures that produce that products you want separately (that is a
list of tape dispenser manufacture / 4 wheel dolly trucks etc).

locate companies dealing with one - or two - facets of the business,
but not with all four.

companies dealing with one feature (or more) of your list.
