I have a null pros charge on my criminal background check.  I thought
the charge was dismissed, but it is still on my record. How do I get
this expunged?  The only form I found on the website was Petition or
Motion for Expungement Form DC-363 (VA) that deals with fraud and
identity theft, which is irrelevant to me.  Can you provide me the
correct form to use to petition for an expungement in Virginia?
