My family owns a first nations sculpture purchased in Northern BC in
the 1970's. I would like to know approximately how much it is worth
and contacts for people who can give an accurate appraisal. It is a
sculpture of a bear and cup standing about 4 feet tall and made from
Whale bone. It is by Isaac Klenberg in 1972 of Coppermine. Reg number
5989. Last appraisal 20 years ago was at $16000 canadian.
It is in mint condition in a dust controlled casing.

Donald Ellis in Toronto would probably be a good bet.
