Where can I get a list of names and phone numbers of all military
officers occupying an unclassified J-6, N-6 or any -6 position?  I
know I can go into each command website, and usually there is the name
with the number listed, but i'm sure theres a database somewhere that
lists by position and not by command.

ok, what about a comprehensive list of all the commands and phone
numbers?  even the tiny ones like TACOM or Tobyhanna Army Depot.
