I need to find a good, qualified realtor who deals with commercial
apartment buildings and multi unit properties in the greater Cleveland
area, can you help?

I think you should check the major companies like Century 21 and
Allstate.  The bigger companies have nation-wide offices around the
world.

You should also ask the Cleveland Association of REALTORS.  They have
a directory of their REALTOR members on their website at
http://www.ohiorealtors.org/.
