Question ID: 470811
What are the names/locations of private or public Russian schools
located in Paris for children ages 4 to 6?

After searching quite thoroughly, I found only one school in Paris
which teaches 4-6-year-olds in Russian.

It's a private bilingual school and offers kindergarten children
activities led by Russian native speakers, using mainly Russian.

Once they reach elementary school age, the morning curriculum is in
French, and afternoon activities are in Russian.

(The school also has an English-French section.)

Would details of this school be a satisfactory answer for you?

Hello again, and thanks for your message.

The school is La Petite Ecole Bilingue, also called the Stewart
International School.

Pre-school
"Activities take place mainly in English or in Russian (depending on
the choice of language), with teachers who are native speakers. In
order to offer a truly bilingual program, the Petite Ecole Bilingue is
a private, independent institution.
Our programs comply with the official instructions of the French
Ministry of National Education. All of our teachers are qualified and
have degrees.
In the afternoon, after classes end, children may remain at the
after-school centre or take part in artistic or music workshops."

Primary School
"The Petite Ecole Bilingue receives children from the first through
fifth grades (CP to CM2 in the French system) Monday through Friday.
On Wednesdays, classes are held in the morning only. . . . .
The morning session takes place in French (classes in French,
mathematics and history), and the afternoon session takes place in the
selected foreign language (language and literature, computer science
and artistic, musical and singing activities). All teachers and
contributors are native speakers."

I'm a native Russian speaker who's been living in the U.S. for several
years, but right now I'm studying French in Aix. Does anyone know of
any families who would like a live-in tutor of Russian, English, or
Spanish, or anything else for that matter, for a month mid-May to
mid-June? I'm basically looking for anything that will provide me
with room and board, or at least room, in Paris for that time.

any advice is hugely appreciated,
Yana
