I'm looking for a professional service who will make a phone call for
you or on your behalf. For example, I want to turn down a job offer
and would like a professional company to do that for me.

Hello, which country are you in?
Is accent important, as there will be variations even across States.

Nandi,

Are you looking for someone to impersonate you, or just act as your
agent, on your behalf? Is declining the offer in writing out of the
question?

I've seen a few agencies like this, but I'm fearing they are no
longer in business on the phone end. However, I have found a few
agencies that will write letters (such as the rejection request for a
job offer). Would that be sufficent?

Hire a temporary secretary through an employment agency for an hour,
or use a business centre that provides secretarial services. Whether
they will be willing to make the call will depend on the purpose and
nature of the call.

You might also find an escort agency able to provide someone willing
to make more unusual calls - they'd probably regard it as easy work -
but be very clear about the nature of the booking up front, to avoid
misunderstandings. Their fees are likely to be higher.

You could also try a greetings agency / "kissogram" type service. They
often have out-of-work/hopeful actors who may be confident and
well-spoken.
