I have purchased a platinum high security access card for a private
and legal application. (I want to get more out of my TV top box).  In
my ignorance, I did not know that I have to activate the card CPU,
before I can program it with my WB electronics Smartmouse.  Can you
point me to where I can locate suitable sowtware?  regards, Napoleon
