I'm in the US, New York to be specific.  I'm taking delivery of the
car in mid-August and my dealer doesn't seem to have any real info on
this.

The 2003 Land Rover Range Rover has only one trim the HSE.

The only available options for 2003 Range Rover are the Bi-xenon

What about aftermarket?
You obviously want a hard mount unit, Right?

Go to your friendly neighbourhood Cellular dealer!! I think that this
model won't work on the iDEN network..but I'm not 100%.
