This is a song used in the background of a scene from episode 2-13 of
the CBS show "Cold Case."  In the context of the show the scene took
place in 1992-1993.
If you have a copy of the show the scene is around 25 minutes in, it's
the scene where the 16-year old kid sees the guys shooting the gun by
the horse riding club.

I've provided an audio clip of the scene, with the song in the background:

If you listen with headphones you can pick out various snippets of
lyrics; I've tried google searches with some text strings but haven't
been able to pinpoint the song.  Can anyone help?
