It reminds me of the actress Vanessa Ferlito:

However, Vanessa Ferlito has brown eyes.

That is a painting, not a photograph. Since it's a work of art, it may
not represent an actual person.

It can only be but one person ...

It was drawn from an actual picture. I'm told it's a current actress.

A comment from Bryan,alias probonopublico.......been so long since I
saw a comment from him I thought Bryan must have migrated to
Australia or some other such backward semi-primitive country.

It looks like the model/actress "Kim Smith". The picture may be from
"Max" magazine from 2001.

By Jove, I think Sherlock has got it.

Compare the painting to this photo of Kim Smith:

PS: Kim Smith was in the movies Catwoman (2004) and Van Wilder (2002).
In the Internet Movie Database, she's listed as "Kim Smith (VII)"

How can I pay you? I don't get this. Only some people can answer?

That's right, only Google Answers Researchers (you can identify them
because their names are 'clickable') can submit answers and get paid.
Comments are free, and it would be inappropriate for a Google Answers
Researcher to copy a comment and submit it for payment.

re: How can I pay you? I don't get this. Only some people can answer?

As richard-ga said, only Google Answers Researchers can submit answers
and get paid. You could either cancel the question or maybe
pinkfreud-ga could answer & close the question as pinkfreud found the
online photo which exactly matched the painting - which I hadn't
previously seen.

I'll pay pinkfreud but for the record I feel sherlockh-ga answered
this. I wanted to know who it was and he nailed it on the head.
