At the Hollywood Expo in Plano, TX on 15 July 2001, Dirk Benedict (who played Starbuck) was asked this question. His answer was that the character, as written, never had a first name, but Benedict opined that if Starbuck did have a first name, it would probably be "Studs." Got a big laugh. :-) |

Actually, it was mentioned once or twice during the show. He does have a first name. Just thought no one remembers it. -PG |
