Apparently the (rare) SR series utilised a rotating magnet. If you haven?t found this link, it?s quite informative :- http://members.aol.com/pinman1/magnetos.htm Though nothing comes up on a search with your exact number, there were over 1500 under ?Lucas Magneto SR?, such as this one with good pictures :- http://www.eastyorkshire.co.uk/eddsfield/magneto_lucas_sr_instruction_man.htm Also good info on :- http://www.magneto.co.uk/acatalog/Index.html etc etc for ?SR?.
