I am looking for a list of actual names, not statistics, of the United
States Marines that were killed in action during the Battle of
Okinawa, in 1945.  I am helping a friend find information on her
father who was killed on Okinawa during this battle.

Dear cfg2nd,

Okinawa has a war memorial with names of all the casualties.
They have names of the American soldiers, too.
